Talking therapy is a gentle form of therapy directed by the client, and is suitable for both adults, teenager and older children.

£70 for a 50-minute adult session

£40 for a 40-minute session for people under 18

Drawing and talking therapy is a method of therapy which  allows individuals to discover and communicate emotions through a non-directed technique, which is explored through children's own drawings. Suitable for children of all ages, people with learning difficulties and those who do not have the emotional literacy for regular styles of talking therapy.

£500 for 12 sessions of 30 minutes each.

Play therapy is a practice which uses toys, games, objects and sometimes art to help children and young people articulate their feelings if they struggle to, or cannot, put them into words.

£40 for a 40-minute children's session.
